If another specialist trade or discipline is required, we will work alongside our key associates to ensure that you receive a complete end-to-end service without disruption to your daily routine.

HOW WE WORK

♦ Following your enquiry, we aim to call back within 24 hours to have an initial discussion about your requirements, the type of project you have in mind, and what it is you are trying to achieve along with your time frame and when you would like to have the work completed.

♦ We will arrange and book a time that suits you to meet in person and understand the surroundings and your property. We will discuss ideas and carry out an initial survey and take measurements.

♦ For smaller projects, we may ask you to send across some pictures and or dimensions for our team to look at and provide a budget.

♦ After our visit we aim to supply you with a quotation within two weeks, most of our projects are priced within one week or less.

♦ At this stage, we can discuss any queries you may have with the quotation.

♦ Following your approval and agreement, we will confirm a timeframe.

♦ A deposit for some of the materials may be required at this stage, this will be dependent on the nature of your project.
